Communication failure of CI854AK01 module
CI854AK01 fault phenomenon:
1. The frequency converter trips and shuts down due to serious fault during operation, and the touch screen reports module communication fault.
Failure cause:
(1) The input fuse, rectifier bridge and charging resistor of the module are burnt out, resulting in the loss of power for module control and communication failure
(2) The optical communication sub board on the main board itself fails or the communication circuit power supply is protected by a protective diode.
(3) The connecting optical fiber is inserted in the wrong position or the optical fiber is broken or damaged
(4) The output voltage of the power board in the module is abnormal or there is no output, resulting in the interruption of module communication
resolvent:
(1) Open the module cover and replace the damaged fuse, charging resistor and other components in the module.
(2) Replace the damaged optical communication board or protective diode
(3) The optical fiber shall be connected normally according to the mark, and shall be replaced if the optical fiber is damaged.
(4) Replace the module power board.
Module drive failure
Fault phenomenon:
During the operation of the frequency converter, the system has light faults, the module operates by bypass, and the touch screen reports module drive faults.
Failure cause:
(1) The corresponding drive circuit of the module is burnt.
(2) D25 diode and other components on the control board are damaged
(3) The bypass circuit is damaged, the grid protection board and IGBT are damaged, and the drive board is faulty.

Replace the module corresponding to the reported drive failure.
Module overheating fault
Fault phenomenon:
During the operation of the frequency converter, the system has a light fault, the module operates by bypass, and the touch screen reports the module overheating fault.
Failure cause:
(1) The cooling fan at the top of the inverter CI854AK01 stops rotating due to failure, which causes the heat generated by the module switching devices cannot escape from the inverter cabinet in time, and a large amount of heat accumulates in the module, causing overheating.
(2) The reverse rotation of the top fan causes that the heat generated by the module switching devices cannot escape from the inverter cabinet in time, and a large amount of heat accumulates in the module, causing overheating.
(3) The air conditioning fault in the frequency converter room causes that the heat released from the inverter cannot be exchanged in time, which causes the overheating fault of the inverter module.
(4) The top of the frequency converter is equipped with a special heat dissipation duct, but the entire frequency converter room is closed. The cooling fan of the frequency converter room brings the air out of the room after the frequency converter has been running for a period of time. However, the frequency converter room does not reserve a certain air inlet, and the air inflow and outflow are unbalanced, resulting in negative pressure in the room, which affects the heat dissipation of the frequency converter.

(1) Restore the failed cooling fan system to normal;
(2) Ensure that the cooling fan rotates in the forward direction;
(3) Timely handle the failure of the air conditioner to make it cool normally;
