It is connected to the converter through the network cable, and then connected to the optical cable box through the flexible optical cable. The failure points of the signal connection from the scan frame to the control room are: two network cables and flexible optical cables, and two converters. Through inspection, it is found that there is no problem with the converter on the scan frame site, and there is a problem with the converter in the control room. After the converter is replaced, the signal light displays normally.
The server is still unable to communicate. We cannot ping the IP number of the scan frame on the server. The Bram board of the 5SHX0660F0002 sub board of the MPRC board is responsible for IP communication. Is the IP lost? Why don’t we create an IP again?
This work requires FTP connection on the diagnostic station. Because the communication is abnormal, we need to pull the diagnostic switch on the MPRC board to the top, press the Reset button, and use IP192.168.2.19 to connect when FTP connection is used. If the MPRC board has no problems, it can be connected. A new board without programs is installed in this way.
Turn the diagnostic switch on, and then press the Reset button. However, it is not connected to the diagnostic station. It is suspected that there is a problem with the MPRC board 5SHX0660F0002. A new MPRC board has been replaced. After replacement, the communication is normal. The operator can control the quota and other indicators.

There is a case where the ERROR light is always on and the board is not broken: in this case, if the Reset button does not respond, it may be that the+5V of the ECPSR power board cannot be sent out, resulting in no response to the reset button. The MPRC board is not broken, but the ECPSR 24V power board is broken.
