Description
ABB 07DC92 Standard Operation Procedures for Power Transmission/Shutdown of High Voltage Cabinet
▲ For the operation of power transmission/power failure of ABB high-voltage cabinet, 07DC92 This regulation refers to the operation of high-voltage power transmission/power failure.
▲ Before high-voltage power transmission, please confirm that all on-site handover tests are normal, functional commissioning is normal, and all are qualified.
▲ Comply with the safety precautions in the third item of ABB high-voltage cabinet on-site electrical operation procedures.
5.1 Standardized operation steps for power transmission of ABB high-voltage cabinet.
5.1.1 Inspection before power transmission of ABB high-voltage cabinet
(1) Check that the high-voltage cable connector of each high-voltage cabinet is in good condition and the screws should be locked; The system of the cabinet indirect grounding copper bar is well grounded.
(2) Check that there are no surplus materials, irrelevant objects and tools in the low-voltage chamber, main switch chamber, cable chamber and busbar chamber of each high-voltage cabinet.
(3) Check that the high voltage fusible core of PT cabinet is normal, the 07DC92 model is correct, installed in place, and the fusible core impactor is facing inward, not toward the contact.
(4) Check that the PT voltage air switch on the front of the PT handcart of the PT cabinet is closed.
(5) Check that the circuit breaker and PT handcart secondary aviation plug in the main switch room of each high-voltage cabinet are firmly inserted in place.
(6) Close all the power supply air switches of the low-voltage chamber of the high-voltage cabinet, and check that the circuit breaker status indication, energy storage indication, handcart indication, grounding switch indication, micro protection device power indication and other functional indications are normal.
(7) Check that all current terminal slides of the low-voltage chamber of the high-voltage cabinet have been closed upward.
(8) Check that the surface of the lighting tube in the low-voltage chamber of the high-voltage cabinet is normal, the door is open, and the lighting tube is on; The door is closed and the lamp tube is off.
(9) Check that the dial switch of the relay (model: CS10-R) used for heater current monitoring in the low-voltage chamber of the high-voltage cabinet is set at 100W, and check that the heater in the cable chamber heats normally.
(10) Check that the microcomputer protection tripping strap “Trip Linker” of the low-voltage chamber panel of the high-voltage cabinet is closed.
(11) Check that the local and remote closing/opening operation of the panel of the low voltage room of the high voltage cabinet is normal, and turn the change-over switch to the “local” position.
(12) . Check that the closing and opening of upper, middle and lower cabinet doors are normal, and keep all doors closed.
(13) Check that the position indicator of the grounding switch operating hole of the incoming cabinet, motor cabinet and station transformer cabinet is free of deformation and crack.
(14) Check that the closing/opening operation of the grounding switch is flexible. When opening, the sliding plate of the operating hole of the grounding switch should be flexibly pressed and popped. Finally, put the grounding switch in the opening state and confirm that the sliding plate of the operating hole of the grounding switch has popped.
(15) Check the circuit breaker handcart and PT handcart to ensure that they can swing in/out flexibly and the test/working position indication is normal.
(16) Check whether the interlocking operation between cabinets and outside cabinets is normal.
(17) Check the safety and reliability of relevant upstream, downstream and peripheral equipment, such as incoming and outgoing cables, transformers, low-voltage cabinet incoming switches, etc., which should be in the state of preparation before power transmission.
5.1.2 Operation steps of ABB high-voltage cabinet power transmission
(1) Confirm that the grounding switch of the incoming cabinet is in the off position, and then the high-voltage power can be sent to the ABB incoming cabinet, otherwise an accident will occur.
(2) For the first time of high-voltage power transmission to ABB high-voltage cabinet, the high-voltage pole must be used to check whether the high-voltage of incoming cabinet is live, and whether the three-phase phase sequence of high-voltage cables A, B and C is correct.
Method: Move the circuit breaker handcart to the service trolley. At this time, the upper and lower contact valves of the main switch room are closed and locked, and cannot be opened. A slotted screwdriver can be inserted into the square long hole in front of the left guide rail of the main switch room to unlock. In this way, the upper and lower contact valves can be opened, and the high-voltage test pole can be inserted into the lower contact valve for high-voltage test and three-phase phase sequence test.
(3) Press the “TEST” button on the high-voltage live display (model: DXN-QG) of the incoming cabinet, the L1, L2, L3 three-phase red indicator lights up normally, and the “LOCK” locking red indicator lights up. At this time, the slide of the operating hole of the grounding switch cannot be pressed down.
(4) Shake the circuit breaker of the incoming cabinet from the test position to the working position, and the indication of the working position of the handcart is normal.
(5) Place the local/remote change-over switch of the incoming cabinet at the “local” position and close it. The closing indication of the high-voltage cabinet shall be normal.
(6) Shake the PT handcart of the PT cabinet from the test position to the working position. The operating position indication of the handcart is normal. Turn the voltage selection switch to the three-phase line voltage and phase voltage respectively. The indication of the PT cabinet voltmeter is normal. The PT and CT ratios of the incoming cabinet multi-function meter (model: ACR220E) are set correctly. The voltage indication is normal. The general line voltage is 6.6KV, and the phase voltage is about 3.8KV.
(7) Shake the motor cabinet and station transformer cabinet breaker handcart to be operated from the test position to the working position, and then switch on locally. The handcart working position indication, circuit breaker closing indication and ammeter indication of the panel of the low-voltage room of the high-voltage cabinet are normal.
(8) Generally, during the first power transmission process, the motor cabinet and transformer cabinet need to be impacted for about three times, and each high-voltage power transmission takes about 10-20 minutes. In the impact process of high-voltage cabinet closing and power transmission, the closing inrush current may be relatively large, which may cause the high-voltage cabinet to trip, which is a normal assumption. After the high-voltage power transmission shock is completed, it will generally return to normal.
