5.2.1 Preparations before power failure of ABB high-voltage cabinet
(1) Confirm which high-voltage power supply should be disconnected from 07KR51. Incoming cabinet, PT cabinet, motor feeder cabinet, or station transformer feeder cabinet?
(2) To ensure that the equipment of the next level circuit is not affected, it is recommended to disconnect the equipment load of the next level circuit normally first.
5.2.1 Operation steps for power failure of ABB high-voltage cabinet
(1) 07KR51 Disconnect the main circuit of the corresponding ABB high-voltage cabinet that needs to be powered off.
① If it is necessary to disconnect the circuit breaker cabinet, directly open it locally, the three-phase indicator lights L1, L2 and L3 of the high-voltage live display will automatically go out, and the “LOCK” locking indicator will automatically go out;
② If the PT cabinet is overhauled, the PT handcart can be directly pulled out, and the PT disconnection and voltage loss lockout can be performed. Other high-voltage cabinets can operate safely without tripping. Note: At this time, the primary busbar at the upper end of the PT cabinet is still high-voltage charged, the high-voltage charged display is still indicating normally, and the cable chamber door of the PT cabinet cannot be opened unless the main circuit of the incoming cabinet is disconnected.
(2) Shake the circuit breaker handcart out of the working position to the test position, and the sliding plate of the grounding switch operating hole shall be able to press down normally.
(3) If the high-voltage part of the circuit breaker cabinet is overhauled, the grounding switch should also be closed to ensure the safe grounding of the next main circuit.
(4) If the main switch room of the high-voltage cabinet or the circuit breaker is overhauled, the secondary aviation plug of the circuit breaker shall also be pulled out and the circuit breaker shall be removed to the service trolley.
