Description
Rated load (Fnom) refers to the maximum load that the indenter is calibrated to.
The lateral allowable load (FVnom) is the maximum load in that direction, and measurements within this range can achieve the specified accuracy.
The extended load (Fext) is the maximum load in the measurement direction, and the measurement within this range can achieve the specified accuracy.
Overload capacity is the maximum allowable load in that direction without data change. Deformation is the maximum deformation in the measurement direction of the pressure head when the load increases from zero to the rated load.
The accuracy level is defined as the maximum deviation, which refers to the percentage of sensitivity under rated load. This includes linear deviation, hysteresis, and repeatability errors.
Linear deviation is the maximum deviation of a straight line drawn between zero and the rated load output value, which is related to the rated load.
Hysteresis is the maximum deviation of the output signal at the same load during the cycle from zero to rated load and then back to zero, which is related to the sensitivity at rated load. The hysteresis is proportional to this cycle. Repeatability error is defined as the maximum deviation between repeated readings under the same conditions. It refers to the percentage of sensitivity under rated load.
Zero drift is defined as the drift of the output signal when there is no load on the pressure head. Sensitivity drift refers to the drift of the output signal under rated load, excluding zero drift.
Precautions for DCS operation:
1. When some operator stations experience malfunctions, other operator stations should be used to continue to undertake unit monitoring tasks (major operations should be stopped at this time), and at the same time, thermal engineering should be promptly contacted to troubleshoot. If the malfunction cannot be resolved, it should be handled according to the operating conditions at the time.
2. When all operator stations experience malfunctions (all upper computers have black screens or crashes), if the main backup hard manual operation and monitoring instruments are available and can maintain the normal operation of the unit, the manual operator can be changed to manual, and the backup operation mode can be used for operation. At the same time, the fault can be eliminated and the operator station operation mode can be restored. Otherwise, the boiler should be immediately shut down (if there is no reliable backup operation monitoring method, the boiler should be shut down).
3. After a certain project operation is completed, the mouse should be moved to the blank space of the screen and clicked once, and should not be placed at the original operation point to prevent accidental movement.
4. After switching to other operator stations to view the screen, the operator must return to the original screen (who operates the switch, who operates the return) to prevent misoperation.
5. When the operating personnel search through the historical records as a reference for operation, they agree to search two days ahead.
6. During night shift operations and shifts, operators are not allowed to set the opening operation items for each electric valve and electric control valve to avoid the phenomenon of fully opening or closing the electric valve and electric control valve.
7. Operating personnel are not allowed to delete any operating history records without authorization.
8. When the thermal security power supply is interrupted and the UPS power supply is automatically switched on in a timely manner, and DCS cannot achieve remote control operation, the operating personnel immediately change the automatic mode to manual mode, and operate each electric valve and electric control valve locally.
