Description
07KT98 H4 GJR5253100R3260 confirmed on site that the non electric quantity protection panel of WBH body of No. 3 main transformer reported that the light gas phase B of the body acted, and the reset was invalid. On site inspection was carried out on the B phase gas relay and air intake box of No. 3 main transformer, and the grounding current of iron core and clamp of main transformer was tested.
At 16:36, the substation monitoring background reported that the heavy gas action of No. 3 main transformer tripped, the B phase body was on fire, and the transformer foam spray fixed fire extinguishing system was correctly started (with signal pictures).
For this accident:
1. Study the transformation scheme of light gas tripping. 07KT98 H4 GJR5253100R3260 organized the preparation of technical scheme for reconstruction, arranged the subsequent outage plan, and clarified the operation and maintenance measures before reconstruction.
2. In combination with the cause of this fault, organize special troubleshooting for transformers in operation, and study and formulate transformation measures.
Light gas alarm processing flow
According to the Operation Code for Power Transformers (DL/T572-2010), the gas gas relay of the transformer shall be equipped with two contacts, namely light gas and heavy gas. In the normal operation state, the light gas shall be put into alarm state and the heavy gas shall be put into trip state. Typical process of transformer light gas alarm treatment is:
(1) When the gas protection signal acts, the transformer shall be checked immediately to see if it is caused by accumulated air, low oil level, secondary circuit fault or internal fault of the transformer.
(2) If there is gas in the gas relay, record the gas volume, observe the color of the gas and whether the test is combustible, and take gas and oil samples for chromatographic analysis.
(3) If the gas in the gas relay is colorless, odorless and nonflammable, and it is judged as air by chromatographic analysis, the transformer can continue to operate. 07KT98 H4 GJR5253100R3260 and the air inlet defect can be eliminated in time.
(4) If the gas is flammable or the analysis result of dissolved gas in oil is abnormal, it is necessary to comprehensively judge whether the transformer is shut down.
The new version of countermeasures 9.2.3.6 stipulates: “When the light gas alarm occurs twice in a day, the power outage inspection shall be applied immediately; for the light gas alarm of the transformer (reactor) body without forced oil circulation structure and without oil drainage and nitrogen injection device, the power outage inspection shall be applied immediately.”
The light gas alarm is easy to occur in the initial stage of operation for new transformers or transformers that have undergone oil treatment. Strong oil circulating transformer is easy to leak oil and air into the negative pressure area; For transformers equipped with oil discharge and nitrogen injection devices, the oil discharge pipeline is easy to store gas; The above two conditions are easy to cause light gas alarm. A small amount of gas will be discharged from the transformer during operation. If two light gas alarms occur continuously within 24 hours, the transformer may have serious faults.
