Description

The ABB AC500 series PLC is composed of a basic measurement and control level, which completes data collection and process control on the production site, and is oriented towards the production process.

Complete the collection and processing of a large amount of pressure, temperature, and flow on the production site, and control the production process. The automatic control system realizes the automation of raw material screening, feeding, and unloading by automatically controlling the vertical kiln screening, feeding, and unloading system composed of a vibrating feeding screen, a hopper elevator, an electronic scale hopper, a single bucket elevator, a drag plate discharge machine, a discharge gate, and a vibrating feeder. In order to ensure the airtightness of the lime shaft kiln during the discharge process, it is necessary to ensure that only one upper and lower discharge gate is open at the same time. By adjusting the PID of combustion air pressure and cooling air pressure, the requirement of constant pressure control is achieved. Based on the above control requirements, we will elaborate on the hardware and software configurations required to meet the requirements of the lime kiln process monitoring system.
