4.6.1 Interlocking operation between cabinets
Interlocking of PT cabinet and motor cabinet:
07AI91 This interlock is mainly used for PT disconnection and voltage loss locking. The microcomputer protection of the motor cabinet has the undervoltage protection function. As long as the primary bus is undervoltage or voltage loss, the motor cabinet should trip to protect the normal operation of the motor. However, when the 3-phase fuse of the PT cabinet is blown, or the PT air switch is manually disconnected, or the PT handcart is manually shaken out to the test position, the PT voltage circuit will be disconnected, and the microcomputer protection of the motor cabinet will also misjudge the bus voltage loss, so it will trip by mistake. Therefore, the PT disconnection voltage loss locking function must be set, so that when the fuse core needs to be replaced, or the PT handcart needs to be shaken out to the test position for relevant maintenance, the motor cabinet will not trip by mistake.


4.6.2 Interlocking operation outside the cabinet
(1) Interlocking of ABB incoming cabinet and 132KV/6.6KV transformer control and protection panel: when the current differential protection action of 132KV/6.6KV transformer control and protection panel fails, the fault signal of the control and protection panel will be transmitted to the downstream ABB incoming cabinet, and the incoming cabinet will trip immediately. At the same time, the fourth LED red indicator of the computer REF610 will light up for alarm.
(2) Interlocking of ABB motor cabinet and capacitor high-voltage reactive 07AI91 local compensation device: when the power capacitor of the high-voltage reactive local compensation device has a fault or the high-voltage fuse core is blown, a signal will be sent to the corresponding motor cabinet, and the seventh LED red indicator of the motor cabinet microcomputer REX521 will go on to alarm, but to ensure the normal operation of the motor oil pump, ABB motor cabinet will not trip.
(3) Interlocking of ABB motor cabinet and motor oil pump: the motor oil pump is equipped with remote emergency button, which can make the motor cabinet emergency trip.
(4) Interlocking between ABB motor cabinet and background PLC: the background PLC is equipped with remote emergency button, which can make the motor cabinet emergency trip;
At the same time, the closing operation signal, protection trip fault signal of the motor cabinet and the fault alarm signal of the capacitor high-voltage reactive power local compensation device will be transmitted to the background PLC.
(5) Interlocking of ABB station transformer cabinet and 6.6KV/0.4KV transformer: transformer ultra-high temperature fault trip, 07AI91 transformer heavy gas fault trip, transformer pressure release fault trip, transformer high temperature fault alarm and transformer light gas fault alarm.

(1) Monitoring three-phase current measurement

Method 2: ABB status in the main menu, press the “Picture”+”Picture” keys at the same time, and simultaneously monitor the secondary value of L1, L2, L3 three-phase current and the secondary value of IO ground fault current.
(2) Check startup and tripping fault records
In the main menu ABB status, press the “Picture” key twice to display “RECORDED DATE”, press the “Picture” key to display the fault date submenu, press the “Picture” key respectively to display five fault records from “1EVENT” to “5EVENT”, press the “Picture” key respectively to view each detailed fault record, and press the “Picture” key respectively to display the fault time, date, starting current values, current action time, etc.
Note: The action time of each current is expressed in percentage, and the display value of example t is 100%, indicating tripping; TIf the displayed value is less than 100%, it indicates that it is started.
(3) Start, trip, LED alarm lamp fault reset
When the yellow start lamp, red trip lamp and red LED alarm lamp are on due to fault, the lamp will remain after the fault disappears, but the contact of its fault output cannot be maintained. When the fault disappears, click “Picture” and all fault lights will go out.
(4) Steps of modifying fixed value
For example, to change the protection setting of overcurrent protection (I>) from 1.46In to 1.88In, the steps are as follows:
① . In the main menu ABB status, press the “Picture” key 4 times, and “SETTING” appears;
② Press the “Picture” key to enter the “PROTECT. STAGES” submenu under “SETTING”;
③ Press the “Picture” key, and the submenu “I>In: 1.46” will appear on the screen;
④ Press the “Picture” key, and the “* GROUP 1 I>: 1.46” submenu will appear on the screen;
⑤ Press the “Picture” key, “PASSWORD: 000” will be displayed on the screen, and the operation password is required. You can use the “Picture, Picture, Picture, Picture” key to change “000” and enter the correct password;

4.7.2 Basic operation of microcomputer protection device REX521
(1) Monitoring three-phase current and voltage measurement

(2) View event record
In the main menu ABB status, right click “→” to enter the measurement submenu, and then right click “→” to enter the event submenu. Click “↓” to view the saved event records respectively. Up to 50 events can be saved, and then they can be overwritten in turn.

(3) Reset of startup, tripping, LED alarm lamp failure and event record
① Reset start lamp: when the yellow start lamp is on, it will automatically turn off after the fault disappears.
② Reset tripping: when the protection fault trips, the red tripping light indicates that the tripping light will remain and the fault output contact will also remain after the fault disappears. The tripping light can reset to off only after pressing the “C”+”E” keys simultaneously for 5 s.
③ Reset the LED alarm lamp: press the “C” cancel button for 2 s under the ABB status of the main menu to reset and extinguish. At the same time, the LCD screen prompts “alarm clearing”, and then press the “C” cancel key to return to the main menu ABB state.
④ Clear all event records: In the event sub state, press the “C” cancel key for 2 S to clear all events.
(4) Steps of modifying fixed value

General method: In the main menu ABB status, press the “↓” key seven times to display the “Software Configuration”, press the “→” key to display the software configuration submenu, press the “↓” key until the “General” is displayed, press the “→” key to display the general submenu, press the “↓” key to display the “Software”, press the “→” key to display the “Current Language”, press the “E” key to modify the current language.
