Description
Current fluctuation caused by DCS analog signal LD800HSE setting
Fault phenomenon:
(1) The frequency converter is controlled by DCS4-20mA signal. During stable operation, it is found that the current at the power frequency input terminal fluctuates too much. The DCS system monitors that the current waveform is zigzag, with a variation range of about 10A.
(2) When the frequency converter is controlled by DCS4-20mA signal, it reports the fault of “analog quantity disconnection”. LD800HSE uses a multimeter to measure the 4-20mA DC signal, which is found to be the same as the current given by the DCS system.
(3) The frequency converter is controlled by DCS4-20mA signal. During stable operation, it is found that the current at the power frequency input terminal of the fan fluctuates too much. The DCS system monitors that the current waveform is zigzag, with a variation range of about 15A.
Failure cause:
Since the user’s signal source is unstable or the DC signal is interfered by external signals, LD800HSE causes the given frequency of the inverter to be unstable, and the inverter is constantly adjusting the frequency, which causes the input current at the power frequency terminal to change constantly and the current fluctuates greatly.
resolvent:
(1) An active isolation transmitter is added between the DCS given signal and the main board signal acquisition circuit.
(2) Change the number 117 functional parameter (given frequency threshold) of the frequency converter from 0 to 30, without installing an isolation transmitter.
