3HAC040658-001 The display output current is too large
Fault phenomenon:
(1) When the inverter is short circuited through the terminal, the touch screen displays a large current value
(2) When the converter is powered up at high voltage and operates normally, the output displayed current is greater than the actual measured value.
Failure cause:
(1) The power line and signal line of the Hall current sensor are wrongly connected, causing the output to display a large current
(2) Hall sensor itself is damaged
(3) Function No. 220 output line current range or 320 analog output channel 2 amplitude modulation parameter setting is inaccurate


resolvent:
(1) Replace the wrong wiring or damaged hall sensor
(2) Revise the function number.
No display of inverter switch status remote (DCS)
Fault phenomenon:
(1) During the normal operation of the frequency converter, some corresponding state quantities cannot be displayed normally by DCS.
Failure cause:
(1) Wiring error or poor contact between terminal block and DCS cabinet
(2) The output relay in the control cabinet is damaged or the relay coil has poor contact with the base

Fault phenomenon:

(1) The inverter instantaneous stop function detects the three-phase power supply of the transformer and the residual voltage signal output by the inverter through the signal detection board. If the signal detection board fails, it may collect and transmit the wrong signal. The frequency conversion instantaneous stop fails. Because there is no instantaneous power failure for bus voltage.

(1) Check whether the detection circuit of three-phase power signal is well connected.
(2) Replace with a new signal detection board.

(1) As the fan is in shutdown state during commissioning, the blowing air is in cold state; During normal power generation of the unit, the wind is hot, and the air density of the wind is obviously smaller than that of the cold state. Therefore, the working current of the inverter with fan during commissioning (cold state) is greater than that during power generation (hot state) under the same damper opening. Therefore, when the air valve is fully opened during commissioning, the rated frequency may not be reached.
(2) As the input bus voltage is low or the output voltage of the transformer is low, the current of the inverter is larger than that under normal conditions during operation. In this way, the frequency converter will reach the rated current when it cannot run at the rated frequency (50HZ).

(1) Keep the opening of the air door the same as that of the variable frequency operation for power frequency trial run to see if the current is too large. If the same current is too large, it means that the operating current in cold state is too large than that in hot state. There are no problems with the frequency converter.
