2 5SGY3545L0009 system communication introduction
We use the SP700 scanning frame, and the ASPC center is on the operating side of the scanning frame, as shown in Figure 1.
The first one on the right of the ASPC center is the ECPSR power board, which is positive or negative 15V and+5V; The second is the MPRC board, that is, the CPU board (086444-005) of the scan frame; The third and fourth are quantitative and moisture ECS boards, namely their respective CPU scanning heads and ASPC centers, which transmit analog signals. The MPRC board is responsible for the communication of the system. There is a network port on this board, which is responsible for transmitting the signal to the server in the control room, so that the operator can see the banner curves of paper weight and moisture for control.
Since the scanning frame is far away from the controller, there may be interference in the network cable transmission. We put an optical cable between the scanning frame and the control room, and then welded the two ends into an optical cable box. It is necessary to use a pair of network cable to optical cable converters in the scanning frame and the control room to send the signal to the DP Link and then to the QCS server.
