AO810 V2 ABB 8-channel communication converter

The AO810/AO810V2 analog output module has 8 unipolar analog output channels. In order to monitor the communication with the D/A converter, the serial data is read back and verified. Receive open circuit diagnosis during read back. The module cycles through self diagnostics. Module diagnosis includes process power monitoring and reports when the power supply voltage of the output circuit is low. This error is reported as a channel error. Channel diagnostics include fault detection of channels (reported only on active channels). Error occurs when the output current is less than the output set value and the output set value is greater than 1mA.
