Description

The operation station in DCS uses BCU-01 to complete tasks such as system development, generation, testing and operation, which requires corresponding system software support, including operating system, programming language and various tool software. The development process of DCS mainly adopts the system configuration software BCU-01 to generate various application software according to the actual needs of the control system. (2) Real time database generation
The real-time database is the most basic information resource of DCS, and these real-time data are stored and managed by the real-time database. In DCS, there are many methods to establish and modify real-time database records. The common method is to use general database tools to generate database files. The system directly uses this data format for management or uses some method to convert the generated data files into the format required by DCS.
(3) Generation of industrial process screen
DCS is an integrated control system, which must have rich control system and detection system screen display functions. Obviously, different control systems need to display different images. In general, it is a basic requirement for DCS configuration to show various measurement and control parameters and system status in proper forms such as characters, bar charts, curves, etc. in combination with general appearance, grouping, control loop, flow chart, alarm, etc. In addition, various variable directory screens, operation guidance screens, fault diagnosis screens, engineer maintenance screens and system configuration screens can be displayed as required.
(4) Generation of historical database
All DCS supports historical data storage and trend display functions. The historical database is usually generated by the user through screen editing and compiling technology without programming. This file defines the structure and scope of each historical data record. The data in the historical database is generally divided into groups, with the same data type and sampling time in each group. Define the relevant information of each data point during generation.
(5) Report generation
The report printing function BCU-01 of the operator station of DCS is also configured through the report generation part of the configuration software. Different DCS have large differences in the report printing function. Generally speaking, DCS supports the following two types of report printing functions: periodic report printing and trigger report printing. Users can generate different report forms according to their needs and preferences.
