DSQC617 board communicates with PLC
Fault phenomenon: fault
(1) The touch screen of the frequency converter reports a communication failure between the main board and PLC, and the RX lamp of the PPI cable receiving lamp is off or does not flash.
Each power indicator on the motherboard is off. DSQC617 high-voltage power is still applied to the module input, and the module output is blocked.
(2) The touch screen of the frequency converter reports the communication failure between the main board and PLC, and the TX light of the PPI cable is off or does not flash.
3) The touch screen reports a communication failure between the main board and PLC, and the PPI cable power light POW is not lit.
DSQC617 fault reason:
(1) During the operation of the inverter, the power supply of the whole motherboard loses power and the IGBT switch signal stops due to the failure of the power supply switch PW1 of the motherboard or the DC power supply on the motherboard. Therefore, the communication fault between the main board and PLC is reported; Module blocking output; At the same time, due to the power loss of the main board, the fault trip signal cannot be sent, and high voltage power has been applied to the module.
(2) The motherboard cannot receive the communication signal sent by the PLC, and the communication part of the PLC itself is faulty.
(3) The PPI cable itself is faulty.
DSQC617 Solution:
(1) Replace the damaged motherboard or switching power supply.
(2) Replace PLC
(3) Replace the PPI cable.
Touch screen fault information display problem
Fault phenomenon:
When viewing the fault information of the touch screen, it is found that there is no fault information or the fault information can only be displayed normally after a long time.
Failure cause:
(1) The fault information cannot be displayed because the touch screen CF card is not installed.
(2) The CF card itself has a quality problem or the connection is abnormal, which makes the fault information read slowly
resolvent:
(1) Installing a spare CF card
(2) Replace the CF card with a larger capacity.
The problem of uncertain light and heavy faults after high-voltage power failure
Fault phenomenon:
When the inverter directly jumps over the incoming line switch or the high-voltage power is lost during operation, the inverter should have reported a serious fault “high-voltage power failure”, but the touch screen displays a light fault and the module is under voltage.
Failure cause:
As the high-voltage power loss detection is delayed for 1s, the undervoltage may be less than 1s or longer, which depends on the speed of the module discharge time. If the undervoltage time is less than 1s, the fault module undervoltage will be reported first.
