4.4.1 Operation of grounding switch from opening to closing
(1) Confirm that the circuit breaker handcart is at the test position, the grounding switch is at the opening position, and the high voltage is not charged.
(2) Close the secondary control power supply, the grounding switch locking electromagnet makes a closing sound, and close the cable chamber door.
(3) Press down the sliding plate of the operating hole of the grounding switch, and insert the operating handle of the grounding switch into the operating hole in the vertical direction to cover the hexagonal operating shaft.
(4) The left hand helps the “L” shaped shaft end of the operating handle to grasp the shaft center; Hold the end of the operating handle with your right hand and turn it 180 ° clockwise or vertically.
(5) After the operating handle is in place, pull out the operating handle horizontally. At this time, the slide of the operating hole can generally spring up automatically. If the slide cannot spring up, lift the slide manually.
(6) The white plastic position indicator of the operating hole of the grounding switch indicates red “1”; The position display of the grounding switch on the upper door panel shows a red “1”, indicating that the grounding switch is closed.
