Description

SPAJ140C-AA parameter setting example: change the positive action of the valve to the negative action
(The initial setting of the positioner is suitable for the positive acting valve. If the actually actuated valve is a reaction type, that is, the valve stem is up to close the valve, it is required to confirm P2.3=Reverse)
General valves have modified this parameter before leaving the factory, which does not need to be modified by the user, but can be checked by the following methods.
The starting position of the positioner can be any mode in SPAJ140C-AA operation mode

1. Switch to the configuration function menu
·Press and hold the ⇧ and ⇩ keys at the same time
·Click ENTER
·Wait for 3 seconds, the counter counts down from 3 to 0
·Release the ⇧ and ⇩ keys
·The display shows “P1.0 ACTUATOR”
2. Select the second group of parameters from the configuration function menu
·Press and hold MODE and ENTER at the same time
·Click the ⇧ key
·The display shows “P2. _ SETPOINT”
·Release MODE and ENTER
·The display shows “P2.0 MIN_PGE”
3. Select the valve action mode P2.3 from the second set of SPAJ140C-AA configuration parameters
·Press and hold the MODE key
·Click the ⇧ key 3 times
·The display shows “P2.3 ACTION”
·Release the MODE key
4. Change the valve action mode
·Click the ⇧ key to select “REVERSE”
5. Switch to “P2.7 EXIT” storage and exit
·Press and hold the MODE key
·Click the ⇧ key several times until the display shows “P2.7 EXIT”
·Release the MODE key
·Use the ⇧ or ⇩ key to select NV_ SAVE
·Press and hold the ENTER key until the counter is released after counting down
The parameters measured in the previous setting and automatic adjustment will be stored in the EEPROM, and the positioner will switch to the previously selected operation mode
Program function diagram of TZID-C series intelligent positioner:
1. Functional level classification:
Operation level: applicable to inspection during initial commissioning and daily maintenance or on-site switch operation
Parameter configuration level: applicable to parameter setting and setting during initial commissioning
2. Operation menu:
Three level function classification and display text description
Function description
1.0 CTRL_ ADP
Select adaptive control mode (remote operation)
1.1 CTRL_ FIX
Select fixed control mode (remote operation)
1.2 MANUL
Switch to on-site key operation (on or off)
1.3 MAN_ SENS
Used to detect whether the displacement range is appropriate
Generally, select 1.0 for remote automatic control. Only when the actual stroke of the actuator is very small and the speed of the actuator is too fast, the 1.1 control mode is selected when the control oscillates, but its control accuracy is low.
In the operation mode, 1.2 and 1.3 can use the keyboard to open or close the actuator, but 1.2 is dedicated to manual operation, and 1.3 is dedicated to detecting whether the actual operating range of the positioner feedback rod exceeds the maximum detection range of the sensor, so as to correct the connection of the feedback rod and obtain the best control effect.
3. Parameter configuration level
The parameter configuration is divided into 11 groups, using P1. _, P2._— P11._ (P is the initial of PARAMETER), and each group is divided into several items, such as P1_ P1.0, P1.1, — P1.4, 5 items in total, P2_ There are 8 items in P2.0, P2.1 and —- P2.7.
Some items can be divided into several sub items for selection. For example, in P1.0, LINEAR can be selected for the straight stroke actuator, and ROTORY can be selected for the angular stroke actuator. For example, NV can be selected in P1.4 EXIT_ SAVE (Non Volatile save) or CANCEL does not save.
Some items only have values for adjustment. If the given signal in split range adjustment is 4-12 mA, the value in P2.0 should be set as 4 mA, and the value in P2.1 should be set as 12 mA If the given signal is 4-12 mA, the value in P2.0 should be set to 12 mA, and the value in P2.1 should be set to 20 mA
