Content: OVERVOLTAGE overvoltage
Alarm significance: the input voltage of the inverter exceeds a certain range, the bus voltage is too high, and the over-voltage protection controller is activated.
Diagnosis direction:
The input static power supply voltage is too high or the intermediate bus transient voltage overvoltage.
The deceleration time is too short.
Voltage and threshold value: For a 200 V converter, the tripping value of the DC voltage of the intermediate bus is 420 V, while for a 400 V converter, the tripping value of the DC voltage of the intermediate bus is 840 V. If the voltage exceeds the threshold value, F0002 will be reported.
Inspection suggestions: (1) Check the threshold setting range of

overvoltage protection controller
(2) Check the steady state and transient voltage of the input AC power supply
(3) The deceleration time is set too long, and the two parameters of deceleration time 1 (2203 DCELER TIME1) and deceleration time 2 (2206 LER TIME2) are set too small.
(4) Frequent braking load requires additional braking unit and braking resistor. If it is not applied, and the deceleration time is unreasonable, 2002 alarm may also appear. In addition, the bus DC over-voltage protection function shall be prohibited.

Content: DEV OVERTEMP overtemperature
Alarm meaning: it indicates that the temperature of the bottom radiator exceeds 135 ° C
Diagnosis direction: The temperature of the radiator is too high, and the upper UFC721BE101  thermal protection switch acts. R1-R4 is 115 ° C, R5-R6 is 125 ° C.
Inspection suggestions:
Check whether the fan works normally or the wind speed is low.

Diagnosis direction: if there is a short circuit in the main circuit of the motor or in the motor, the actual inverter main power module will also generate this kind of alarm.
Inspection suggestions: remove the main cable at the UVW end of the inverter, measure the interphase insulation resistance between the circuit and the motor with an insulation megger separately to see if it is higher than 5 megohms. When there is no main cable connected between the inverter and the motor, supply power to the inverter separately to see if the inverter has F003 alarm to distinguish whether the fault point is in the inverter itself.
5. Display on ABB inverter control panel: F005
It is a parameter reserved by the manufacturer. In case of such failure, it is recommended to initialize it. If it is not enough, replace the motherboard.
6. Display on ABB inverter control panel: F006
Content: DC UNDERVOLT DC bus undervoltage is lower than the action threshold.
Diagnosis direction: input power voltage and bus voltage
