4.1.1 Live operation of circuit breaker
This operation refers to the electrical operation with DC power supply for the secondary circuit breaker. The circuit breaker handcart must be in the test/working position.
(1) Electric energy storage: close the air switch of the energy storage power supply, the electric energy storage time is normal for about 6s, the energy storage indicator shows the spring tension state, and the blue energy storage indicator on the upper cabinet door panel is on, indicating that the circuit breaker has been fully stored.
(2) Closing operation: close the control power supply air switch, the closing locking electromagnet automatically pulls in, manually press the closing button, the circuit breaker status indicator displays “1”, and the closing red indicator on the cabinet door panel lights up, indicating that the circuit breaker has been closed.
(3) Opening operation: after the circuit breaker is closed, manually press the opening button, the circuit breaker status indicator displays “0”, and the green opening indicator on the upper cabinet door panel lights up, indicating that the circuit breaker has been opened.
4.1.2 Operation of circuit breaker power loss
This operation refers to the manual operation of XO08R2 circuit breaker without DC power supply.
(1) Manual energy storage: pull the manual energy storage rod of the circuit breaker panel outward for 10 times, and the radian of each time is 90 °. The energy storage indicator shows the spring tension state, indicating that the circuit breaker has been fully charged.
(2) Closing operation: open the auxiliary mechanism panel of the circuit breaker, lift the iron core of closing locking electromagnet RL1 manually to unlock the closing operation, and then press the closing button manually. The circuit breaker status indicator displays “1”, indicating that the circuit breaker has been closed.
(3) Opening operation: after the circuit breaker is closed, manually press the opening button, and the circuit breaker status indicator displays “0”, indicating that the circuit breaker has been opened.
4.2 Basic operation of handcart
▲ When the handcart in the main switch room of the high-voltage cabinet is in the test position, the secondary aviation plug of the handcart must be closed before the handcart is turned to the working position; Before the handcart is pulled out to the service trolley, the secondary aviation plug of the handcart must be pulled out first, otherwise the secondary aviation plug will be damaged.
▲ Under normal conditions, the handcart can only be shaken after the door of the main switch room of the high-voltage cabinet is closed tightly; In special cases, if you want to open the door and shake the handcart, you must first insert the black interlocking block in the middle of the handcart beam into the gap between them with a slotted screwdriver to unlock.
▲ The handlebars on the left and right sides of the handcart crossbeam must be manually pulled to their places on both sides before the handcart can be shaken.
▲ The circuit breaker must be opened before the handcart can be shaken; When the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart can only stop by shaking for half a circle.
▲ When the circuit breaker handcart is being moved from the test position of the high voltage cabinet to the working position, it should be slowly moved clockwise. If it is blocked, do not force it to operate, but exit in time for relevant inspection.
▲ If the handcart is equipped with handcart locking electromagnet RL2 (generally, the handcart with circuit breaker can not be equipped with handcart locking electromagnet RL2, while the isolation vehicle must be equipped with handcart locking electromagnet RL2, whose resistance value is about 2K Ω for DC110V and 8K Ω for DC220V), the electromagnet must be powered on before the handcart can be shaken. If the power is lost, the panel of the isolation vehicle must be disassembled first, and then the iron core of the handcart locking electromagnet shall be manually pulled out to the left with pointed nose pliers. After unlocking, To shake the handcart.
4.2.1 Move the circuit breaker handcart from the service trolley to the high-voltage cabinet test position
(1) Check: the main switch room of the high-voltage cabinet is clean and free of sundries. Check that the circuit breaker number corresponds to the cabinet number of the high-voltage cabinet, and confirm that the secondary aviation plug of the circuit breaker has fastened the positioning screw of the partition on the circuit breaker.
(2) Push the service trolley to the front of the high-voltage cabinet, adjust the height of the trolley workbench, make the positioning pin smoothly insert into the positioning hole, and lock it with the high-voltage cabinet through the lock key.
(3) Slide the handles on the left and right sides of the circuit breaker handcart beam, and at the same time retract them to release the interlock between the handcart and the service trolley workbench, and at the same time, push the circuit breaker handcart to the high-voltage cabinet test position.
(4) Pull the black ball handle of the positioning pin of the service trolley to the left to release the interlock between the service trolley and the high-voltage cabinet, and pull out at the same time.
(5) Check whether the handles on the left and right sides of the handcart beam of the circuit breaker are flexible, pull them manually to both sides, and fasten the high-voltage cabinet.
(6) Pull out the secondary aviation plug that is fastened to the diaphragm set screw on the circuit breaker, insert it into the high-voltage cabinet socket, and close it. Note: do not touch the secondary aviation plug locking rod on the main switch room of the high-voltage cabinet.
4.2.2 Remove the circuit breaker handcart at the test position of high-voltage cabinet to the service trolley
Operate in reverse order according to 4.2.1. Note: The secondary aviation plug of the handcart must be pulled off first, and then fastened on the positioning screw of the upper partition of the circuit breaker before other operations are carried out, otherwise the secondary aviation plug will be damaged.
