XVC767AE102 Shake the circuit breaker handcart from the test position of high-voltage cabinet to the working position
(1) Check: the secondary aviation plug on the circuit breaker truck shall be closed. Otherwise, shaking the handcart will damage the aviation plug.
(2) Confirm that the circuit breaker is in the opening position, the handcart is in the correct test position, the handles on the left and right sides of the handcart are in place correctly, and the corner angle of the square operating rod of the screw mechanism in the middle of the handcart beam is upward. After confirmation, XVC767AE102 closes the main switch room door of the high-voltage cabinet.
(3) Turn the slide in the middle of the main switch room door with the door key, open the operation hole, insert the trolley crank vertically, and cover the square operating rod of the trolley beam middle screw mechanism.
(4) Turn the crank of the handcart clockwise, slowly shake it for 20 circles to stop (stroke: 20cm), and it cannot be shaken again. At this time, the crank of the handcart is still in the original vertical direction, and the red indicator light of the handcart working position is on, indicating that the handcart has been working.
(5) Pull out the crank of the handcart.

4.3 Local and remote closing/opening operation
This operation refers to the electrical operation with DC power supply for the secondary of the high-voltage cabinet. The circuit breaker handcart must be in the test/working position.
4.3.1 Local operation of high-voltage cabinet and low-voltage chamber panel
(1) . Local closing/opening button operation of low-voltage room panel: turn the handle of local/remote transfer switch to the “local” position, press the closing green button once, and the high-voltage cabinet is closed; Press the red opening button again to open the high-voltage cabinet.
(2) Local closing/opening operation of the REX521 panel of the motor cabinet microcomputer: turn the local/remote transfer switch handle to the “remote” position, select “control” from the main menu of the microcomputer, → right-click “manual control”, → right-click “local and remote=local”, “↓” press “control CB=breaker opening”, press “E” twice, the high-voltage cabinet is closed, and press “E” twice again, the high-voltage cabinet is opened.
4.3.2 Backstage PLC remote operation
Turn the handle of the local/remote change-over switch XVC767AE102 on the low-voltage chamber surface to the “remote” position, and the background PLC can switch on/off.
Note: This project cancels the background remote PLC closing/opening operation, but maintains the background remote emergency trip function.
4.4 Closing/opening operation of grounding switch
▲ Grounding switch closing/opening operation sequence: opening → closing clockwise; Close → open counterclockwise.
▲ Correct closing/opening operation posture of the operating handle of the grounding switch: the operating handle shall be inserted in the vertical direction, and the left hand shall help the “L” shaped shaft end of the operating handle to grasp the shaft center; Hold the end of the operating handle with your right hand and turn it 180 °. After it is in place, pull out the operating handle horizontally. Note: Do not hold the end of the operating handle with both hands, and do not pull out the operating handle obliquely.
▲ Only when the circuit breaker handcart is in the test position can the grounding switch be opened/closed; When the circuit breaker handcart is in the working position, the grounding switch has been forced to be mechanically locked. At this time, the grounding switch is in the opening position and cannot be operated from opening to closing.

▲ After the grounding switch is switched off, the slide of the general operation hole can spring up automatically. If the slide has not yet bounced, the circuit breaker handcart will not be able to swing from the test position to the working position, and can only be shaken for nearly two cycles to get stuck. The slide of the operation hole must be manually lifted before operation.
▲ Normally, the operation of the grounding switch from closing to opening is relatively tight. This is to ensure the engagement of the copper bar of the grounding switch and the copper bar of the main bus. If the grounding switch cannot be opened with great force, do not operate it forcibly, otherwise the interlocking mechanism will be damaged. Open the cable chamber door and check whether the interlocking mechanism of the grounding switch is abnormal and whether the copper bar of the main bus is too tightly engaged.
▲ It is strictly forbidden to open the cable chamber door to operate the grounding switch, otherwise the white plastic closing/opening position indicator of the grounding switch operating hole will shift, and the interlocking mechanism will be inflexible. In special cases, when operating the grounding switch for emergency door opening, insert the special emergency unlocking key of the grounding switch into the long square hole next to the operating hole of the grounding switch, and operate after unlocking.
▲ When the incoming cabinet is equipped with a grounding switch, special attention should be paid to it before high-voltage power transmission. Please ensure that the grounding switch is in the off position before high-voltage power transmission, otherwise an accident will occur.
▲ The grounding switch is equipped with a forced locking electromagnet DTN: (its resistance value: about 2K Ω for DC110V; about 8K Ω for DC220V), the circuit breaker handcart is in the test position, the grounding switch needs to operate from opening to closing, and its forced locking electromagnet must be powered on, otherwise the slide of the operating hole cannot be pressed down, and the operating handle of the grounding switch cannot be inserted for operation. If the high-voltage is not electrified and there is no secondary control power supply, in case of emergency, the cable chamber door can be unlocked and opened, then the front right sealing plate can be opened, and the iron core of the locking electromagnet can be pressed in manually to press down the slide plate of the operation hole and operate the grounding switch.
Note: In case of high voltage electrification, especially when the incoming cabinet is equipped with a grounding switch, this operation is strictly prohibited, otherwise an accident will occur.
