Description

•FBM219:
-20 to + 70°C (-4 to +158°F)
•Termination Assembly – PA:
-20 to +70°C (-4 to +158°F)

FBM219 mounts on a baseplate or on a 100 Series conversion mounting structure. The baseplate can be mounted on a DIN rail (horizontally or vertically), or horizontally on a 19-inch rack using a mounting kit. Alternative, this FBM mounts on a 100 Series conversion mounting structure. See Standard 200 Series Baseplates (PSS 41H-2SBASPLT) or 100 Series Conversion Mounting Structures (PSS 41H2W8) for details.

Power line, control line, and PLC power line
A power cord is used as a connecting wire between electrical components or equipment and a power source, usually referring to a collection of plugs or tail plugs connected to the wire at one end. It is one of the basic components of electrical products. The power cord is divided into two parts: wires and plugs.

The and I/O lines should be wired separately, and the isolation transformer should be connected to the PLC and I/O using twisted pair cables. Separate the I/O lines and high-power lines of the PLC from each other. If it is necessary to be in the same slot, separate and bundle the AC and DC lines. If conditions permit, it is best to route the lines in separate slots. This not only allows for maximum space distance, but also minimizes interference.

PLC should be kept away from strong interference sources such as welding machines, high-power silicon rectifier devices, and large power equipment, and cannot be installed in the same switchgear as high-voltage electrical appliances. The PLC inside the cabinet should be kept away from the power line (the distance between the two should be greater than 200mm). Inductive loads installed in the same cabinet as PLCs, such as high-power relays and contactor coils, should be connected in parallel with RC arc suppression circuits.

It is best to use separate wiring for the input and output of the PLC, and the switching and analog quantities should also be laid separately. The transmission of analog signals should use shielded wires, and the shielding layer should be grounded at one or both ends.

The grounding resistance, the resistance of a substance to current, is called the resistance of that substance. Substances with low resistance are called electrical conductors, abbreviated as conductors. Substances with high resistance are called electrical insulators, abbreviated as insulators. It should be less than 1/10 of the shielding layer resistance.

Do not use the same cable for AC and DC output lines.
Cable is a wire product used to transmit electrical energy information and achieve electromagnetic energy conversion. A product with a complex structure and a large cross-sectional area is called a cable, which includes both a conductor and insulation layer, and sometimes a tight inner protective layer to prevent water intrusion, or an outer protective layer with high mechanical strength.
The output line should be as far away from the high-voltage and power lines as possible to avoid parallelism.
