However, due to the harsh working environment in industrial production sites, there are numerous sources of interference during use, such as low-frequency interference caused by the fluctuation of power grid voltage caused by the start or stop of high-power electrical equipment, and power frequency interference generated by electromagnetic coupling of welding machines, electric discharge machining machines, motor brushes, etc., which can affect the normal operation of PLC. Although PLC is a control device specifically used on site and many measures have been taken during design and manufacturing to make it more suitable for industrial environments, in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire system, it is still necessary to ensure that the PLC has good working environment conditions and take necessary anti-interference measures.

Precautions for installation and maintenance of PLC. There are mounting holes on the four corners of the small programmable controller housing.
