Description

KOLLMORGEN 60WKS-M240/12 servo amplifier motor

KOLLMORGEN 60WKS-M240/12 servo amplifier motor

The servo folding device is specifically designed to drive SM series synchronous servo motors with speed and/or torque adjustment. The servo folding device is installed as a component in a machine or device and can only be used as a compound integrated into the device. The 60WKS-M240/XX-PB series servo amplifier is powered from the three-phase industrial power grid through an isolation transformer. Isolation transformers that comply with Chapter IV.1 specifications must be used.

Considering the environmental conditions specified in Chapter I.8.2, the use of servo folding devices is only allowed in enclosed operating cabinets. In this case, the most important thing is to follow the ventilation/ventilation instructions of the servo pump. The device must be inserted into a 19 “industrial housing (pallet) or our compact housing. Their contact is only authorized to a basket fund approved by us. Before the servo compressor is put into use, you need to conduct a risk analysis of the machine in accordance with the EC “Machinery” directive and relevant equipment safety regulations.

When the motor brakes, energy is injected back into the servo amplifier. This energy is converted into heat in the ballast resistor. The ballast resistor is connected through the ballast circuit. When the voltage of the intermediate circuit reaches 285V, the circuit operates and is indicated by an amber D83 LED. In the case of repeated charging, due to the integrated – W – characteristic, the trigger threshold rises to 300V, resulting in power sharing between multiple modules installed in parallel on the same DC bus.

The power of the ballast circuit must be specifically calculated in single axis operation.
