Description

The control room of the system pump station is equipped with 2 sets of host and operator workstations, 1 set of engineer station, 1 set of communication processing computer, 1 set of voice alarm equipment, network switch and photoelectric conversion equipment, 2 sets of network laser printers, 1 set of GPS clock system, and 1 set of central control room console. Among them, two operator workstations work in a hot standby mode for each other to maintain and manage the database of the entire pump station monitoring system (normally, one is the main station to complete monitoring and control tasks, and the other is the backup station to perform normal monitoring; when the main station malfunctions or exits, the backup station can automatically or manually upgrade to the main station to work and complete monitoring tasks).

The functions of the pump station automation monitoring system include monitoring, controlling, interlocking, and alarming the operating parameters, electrical parameters, and equipment operating status of each pump unit and auxiliary equipment, as well as printing reports. By using a series of communication links between the main and remote stations, the necessary data collection, sequence control, circuit adjustment, data communication, time control, and upper level monitoring and management functions of the entire pump station are completed. At the same time, it also serves as the communication connection between the computer monitoring system of the pump station and the remote dispatch center.
