1) Hardware environment
S7-300 CPU is integrated with ProfiNET communication port, which supports ProfiNET communication
Add option 888-2 or 888-3 to realize master slave communication of Profinet through the host’s own network port
2) Hardware wiring
The network cable is directly connected. One end of the ordinary network cable is plugged into the S7-300 ProfiNET communication port, and the other end is plugged into the robot’s own communication port
3) Parameter setting
On the PLC side, in the S7-300 hardware configuration, install the ABB robot profinet GSD file (Note: the ABB robot GSD file download method opens robotstudio, ADDIN, finds the corresponding version of robotware, right clicks ABB. RobotWare 6.06.1025 RobotPackages RobotWare_RPK_6.06.1025 utility service GSDML), hangs the robot to the ProfiNET network in the configuration window, and sets the IP addresses of both parties, such as:
