Description

The output shaft of the Woodward 8290 194 actuator is 0.375 “-36 SAE serrated at each end.

1、 Standard contact command
LD dynamic closing contact command represents a dynamic closing contact command connected to the input bus, that is, the logical operation of the dynamic closing contact starts.
LDN dynamic breaking contact command represents a dynamic breaking contact command connected to the input bus, that is, the logical operation of the dynamic breaking contact starts.
A and dynamic contact command, used for series connection of a single dynamic contact.
AX and non moving contact commands are used for series connection of a single moving contact.
O or dynamic contact command, used for parallel connection of a single dynamic contact.
ON or non moving contact command, used for parallel connection of a single moving contact.
The data type of variables in LD, LDN, A, AN, O, ON contact instructions is Boolean (BOOC). The LD and LDN commands are used to connect the contacts to the busbar. The A, AN, O, and ON commands can be reused multiple times. However, when parallel connection is required for circuit blocks connected in series with more than two contacts, the following OLD command should be used.

2、 Parallel connection instruction OLD for series circuit blocks
A circuit where two or more contacts are connected in series is called a series circuit block. When series circuit blocks are connected in parallel, LD and LDN instructions are used at the beginning of the branch, and OLD instructions are used at the end of the branch. The OLD instruction and the ALD instruction described later are both target free component instructions, while the step size of both target free component instructions is one program step. OLD is sometimes abbreviated as a block instruction.

3、 Series connection instruction ALD for parallel circuits
A parallel circuit with two or more contacts is called a parallel circuit block. When a branch circuit parallel circuit block is connected in series with a previous circuit, the ALD command is used. The starting point of the branch is using LD and LDN instructions, and after the parallel circuit ends, ALD instructions are used to connect in series with the previous circuit. The ALD instruction, also known as the block instruction, is also a program step instruction without an operational target component.

4、 Output instructions=
1. The output command is to directly connect the coils of relays, timers, counters, etc. to the busbar on the right side of the ladder diagram. There are no contacts allowed on the right side of the coil. In programming, the contacts are reused and the type and quantity are not limited.

5、 Set and reset commands S, R
S is the set command to maintain the action; R is the reset command to keep the operation reset. The registers of N points starting from the specified position are set or reset, and N=1-255. If the specified reset is a timer bit or counter bit, the current value of the timer or counter will be cleared.
